Responsibilities / Introduction

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Telesales Representative or similar capacity in a sales role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels Self motivated and must be able to work independently

Requirement

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
  •  
  • Manage, track and following up on leads by calling back
  •  
  • Actively achieve daily sales targets assigned by Manager
  •  
  • Achieving conversion rate/success rate of sales leads against the individual sales targets Market research to generate new sales leads
