Responsibilities
- Tracking of customer warranty registration and assisting in customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Customer database management by ensuring customer information is up to date.
- Conducting of surveys to customers and consolidation of results
- Tracking of Customer event registration rates and reaching out to non-active
- Support Marketing Manager in programs for Club Olympus member acquisition and retention drive to increase both member & club database.
- Cold call customers to inform them of exclusive promotions.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Fulfill KPIs set based on CRM strategies by Marketing Manager.
- Provide any other general marketing support as and when are required.
Requirement
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service
