Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016 and any other authorized desktop application
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware any other authorized peripheral equipment
  • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment
  • Deploy and setup laptops or desktops
  • Provide IT Application support for end-users in house application
  • Provide administrative tasks support to customer IT Team eg: Coordination in communication with 3rd Party Vendor
  • Provide troubleshooting for end-users platform related problems
  • New User Orientation
  • New laptop setup and assignment
  • IT asset and inventory management and regular update
  • Other adhoc task as assigned

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
  • At least 1 year of Deskside support experience
  • Willing to travel islandwide
