Responsibilities / Introduction
• Conduct sales training and coaching to optimize sales perfomance and banca sales activities.
• One to One coaching and reviewing session with FSC on the right selling approach and provide opportunities for improvement to optimize sales perfomances.
• Manage the sales activity of banca business - Auto Finance Centres and in assigned bank branches.
• Become the company's representative in liasing and communicating with FSC of the bank to provide latest market trends and updates by including market information, competitors activities and local business activities.
• Launch sales and marketing stratergies to support respective Banca Business on General Domain (Motor, PA, Retail Fire) with branch staff and FSC.
• Provide alternatives and financial objectives to be able to increase sales through higher penetration rate and services based on customers' needs.
• Implement recommendation and take prompt actions required based on client's instructions and proposals.
• Lead and participate in the yearly implementation of insurance and bancassurance business plans, targets and review the plans accordingly.
• MUST HAVE 3 - 5 years of working experience in selling General Insurance products ( Motor, PA, Retail Fire) in the related field.
• Licensing for selling related product.
• Must be willing to travel and handle multiple bank branches.
