Operations Excellence Specialist (Perks by Talentvis)

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as Operations Excellence Specialist – Perks by Talentvis. You will direct report to General Manager. Operations Excellence Specialist role includes the following responsibilities:

• Handling and monitoring the overall operations of Perks by Talentvis.
• Reviewing and improving the operational process to achieve higher efficiency.
• Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to achieve higher effectiveness.
• Developing solutions for occurring issues and preventing them.
• Guiding internal and external stakeholders to understand every change and update made.
• Handling the customer lifecycle from onboarding to end-of-service.
• Ensuring customer’s expectation is met and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
• Guiding and educating customers on the platform, its features, and updates.
• Providing solutions when the customers encounter issues.
• Ensuring the client’s expectation is met and maintaining high level of satisfaction.
• Maintaining good relationship with merchants and clients by checking in regularly.
• Liaise with Merchant Acquisition, Tech, Product, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business.
• Co-work and be involved to deepen clients' relationship through referral between business unit.
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Commercial Manager / General Manager.

Requirements:

• Have experience min. of 1 year in similar field.
• Fluent both written and spoken in English.
• Able to multi-task and Tech savvy.
• People person with high level of problem-solving skill.
• Strong analytical skill, ambitious, details-oriented.
• Excellent communication and good presentation skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
