Legal Staff

We are looking for Legal Staff to join our dynamic team!

Reporting to Associate Group Legal Director Asia Pacific based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will assist and be responsible for some tasks as below:

• Provide administrative support by conducting research, compiling, reviewing, and verifying day-to-day legal support, including corporate agreements, due diligence activities, and operational business matters.

• Follow up concerning agreements and related matters as well as legal documents.

• To keep the company updated on the latest relevant regulations.

• Update listing all agreements (hardcopy and softcopy).

• Communicate with an external lawyer, agency, and partner.

• Support all business units in every aspect of legal needs.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Prior working experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills. Strong command of oral and written English.

• Strong analytical thinking.

• Work effectively under pressure, initiative, well organized, and have abilities to work with detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
