HR Coordinator (Intern)

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as HR Coordinator Intern.

Key responsibilities:

•  Sourcing candidates’ resume, filtering with interview, and propose to clients
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until candidate join date)
• Maintain relationship with candidates after placement
• Co-work with other team members to achieve target
• Developing talent pipelines and networking
•  Learn to do business development by identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and sales pitching
• Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process
• Understand client requirements, provide consultation and solutions based on client needs

Requirement:

• A local Malaysian with good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
• Proactive, self-driven, and takes initiative without close supervision
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or sales-related functions
• Minimum duration: 3 months
