Job Description
Job Requirement
- The Product Costing Analyst is required to work with diverse, cross-functional, global, and virtual teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience from Manufacturing.
- Strong financial management and product costing experience.
- Extensive experience with product management frameworks.
- Mastery of program/project management methodologies, tools, and templates, including program/project planning, schedule development, scope management, and cost management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product estimation process within local & global manufacturing.
- Create and maintain templates for product managers to use when estimating product costs.
- Support the development of the product business case by working with the product design and production.
- Create and monitor key metrics to compare product estimates to actuals over time.
- Leverage these quality metrics to improve product costing processes and templates, ensuring continuous improvement over time.
