Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sales environment.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.

Willingness to travel as required.

Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry is MANDATORY
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in sales and at least 1–2 years of leadership experience, who is ready to guide and support a team toward achieving sales targets and growing our client base. The role may require some travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company goals.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Represent Chemarome at client meetings, trade shows, or industry events as needed.
