Human Resources Executive/ Senior Executive

Job description:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, hands-on payroll processing and computation, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and other HR related support service.
• Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding program.
• Responsible for review, development and implement of systems, HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Ensuring the implementation of company policy, SOP, rules and regulations and monitor compliance.
• To ensure employee’s individual and team’s development plan are aligned to business objective and strategy with the basis for growth.
• Handle staffing issue either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters.
• Create feasible and innovative approaches to drive meaningful employee recognition, benefits and rewards programs.
• To ensure operational excellence and cost-effective decisions (e.g. headcount, facilities and compensation actions).
• To establish and develop suitable internal and external training programs.
• - All ad-hoc assignments given by HR Lead, SEA.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Having knowledge in HRIS system usage and organization development will be advantage.
• Have good knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, rules, regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting will be advantage.
• Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player.
• Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
• Excellent in English both writing and speaking.
