Business Leader

Job Description: Reporting to Regional Managing Director / Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in Vietnam

Job Description

• Concurrently, you will hire and build satellite teams in executive search business focusing on Digital vertical across countries that Talentvis operate in
• Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clientele in Vietnam and the region
• Manage, grow and drive to optimise the profitability of the recruitment business units in Vietnam and region under your care/portfolio
• Build, identify, groom and develop successor(s) for leadership transition for the operations of Vietnam for the purpose of transition to Portfolio 2
• Co-Work and be involved with Head of Tech to improvise and enhance a more robust internal ERP system that is scalable for use for evolving Vietnam market
• Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the Vietnam and regional business under your care
• To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics
• Monitor and analyse market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode
• Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required.
