Product Manager (Talentvis Academy)

Overview

A Product Manager is responsible for product planning, execution, development and maintaining its priority of achieving the highest customers’ satisfaction while ensuring that it is still aligned with Talentvis’s goals.

Job Description:

• Deep knowledge of customers’ needs and experience through market research.
• Identifying and filling the product gaps.
• Constant product growth and development.
• Designing product roadmap.
• Defining and executing product strategies incl. product launching, marketing, partnerships and promotions.
• Achieving and maintaining the highest product quality and customers’ satisfaction.
• Reviewing customers’ experience through survey and feedback for improvement.
• Cooperating with relevant internal parties for the success of the product.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of work experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Solid technical experience in software development and web technologies.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Thinker and problem solver.
• Pay attention to detail.
