Business Manager (Payroll Outsourcing)

You will be reporting Deputy Regional Managing Director based in Singapore, you will run your own Payroll Outsourcing business unit.

Job Descriptions:

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends Asia reach

• Acquisition of potential clients in Payroll Services i.e. payroll outsourcing / payroll parking/ EWE Services in both Local & Asia market

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Equipped to Present for presales technical / functional support to prospective clients

• Preparation of Sales Quotations, Tender Submissions

• Perform product demonstration/presentation to Client & Corporations

Requirements:

• A good self-starter in taking initiatives in rolling the Product Unit into good rolling Headcounts

• Preferably from Consulting Firm / Payroll Services Environment

• Strong command of oral and written English.

• Sales or goal oriented.

• Able to work independently and in a team.
