Job Description
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Male Only with at least 10 years experience in sales, aftersales and/or marketing in automotive industry with 5 years experiences in managerial level
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Possess a strong track record of superior results in a high volume dealership with excellent customer service
- Strong business acumen, leadership, mature, self-motivated, positive mindset, analytical thinking and resulted-oriented
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Annual Operating Profit (AOP) target by translating Inchcape Accelerate strategy into action
- Work closely with Jaguar Land Rover manufacturer in following brand guideline and operational processes to achieve the agreed commercial targets
- Overseeing retail sales and aftersales daily operation for Rama 4 and Siam Paragon showrooms
- Build Jaguar Land Rover brand image and reputation by offering exceptional customer digital journey experience, content creation and experiential activities
- Engage and build relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience and Net Promoter Score
