Job Requirement
Min Diploma / A lvl and above
Able to commit for 3 months or longer
Comfortable with speaking with people from various age groups and backgrounds
Job Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Hospitality
- Welcome and greet club lounge guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide personalized service to VIPs, loyalty program members, and premium guests.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures if applicable.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly.
- Offer concierge services, including travel arrangements and local recommendations.
Food & Beverage Service
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in the lounge.
- Ensure buffet setup is well-stocked, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Serve drinks and assist guests with food selections when required.
- Monitor guest preferences and provide recommendations.
Lounge Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lounge, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Monitor lounge occupancy and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a well-maintained space.
Administrative & Reporting
- Keep accurate guest records and update profiles for personalized service.
- Handle billing, payments, and any additional charges for lounge services.
Prepare daily reports on lounge occupancy, guest feedback, and inventory
