Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Design: Design comprehensive training programs (online and offline) focused on ABO capability and credibility elevation as opinion leader in Health & Wellbeing space.
  2. Team Leadership: Responsible to management of training resources and key activities, as well as performance tracking, and process improvement:
    1. Instructor-Led Training both online and offline: Trainer-led education activities, both in online, and offline platforms, in classes and event related.
    2. Self-learning Training Platform: Enablement of self-learning platform, combining Amway Global initiated platform and locally initiated platform, and the transition from current state to the future state.
    3. Educational Content Development: Lead the cycle of educational content development to be utilized in our communication channel (Whatsapp, Content Hub, Amway.id, Amway Today, etc.)
    4. Training Innovation: Explore new approaches that can enhance the elevation of ABO capability and credibility as opinion leader in Health & Wellbeing space.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Innovation & Science, Sales Team, and Creative Design to ensure that ABO capability and credibility elevation initiatives aligned with needs, priority, and company strategy.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess training effectiveness, using data to refine content and delivery methods for maximum impact.
  5. People Management: Lead the team and ensuring that every individual priority and delivery are met, through with direction, performance monitoring & review, and capability development identification of the talent.

 

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Training Design and Development: Expertise in curriculum development, including understanding adult learning principles, and the ability to create a blend of online and offline content that’s accessible and engaging.
  • Health & Wellness Knowledge: A solid understanding of health and wellness principles, with an emphasis on nutrition and wellness, to ensure credible and accurate content.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency with digital training platforms and tools, with experience in online learning to facilitate scalable learning solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt training materials based on data and feedback to ensure training is practical and results-driven.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional projects and ensuring clear, inspiring delivery of training programs to ABOs.

Experience

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in training and development, ideally within a direct selling or health and wellbeing company or adjacent account management-intensive industries.
  • Education: Degree in Education, Training & Development, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Background: Candidates with backgrounds in health & wellbeing, direct selling, or consumer goods are most relevant, as they would bring knowledge of the product-driven, consultant-focused environment.
