Associate Product Manager (Talentvis Academy)

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee the planning, management and development of Talentvis Academy’s brand strategy to achieve customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with Talentvis’ objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, designer/web developer and experts from various departments, guiding the product from inception to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge of customers’ needs and experience through market research.

• Identify and address the product gaps.

• Constant engagement with consumers and receive feedback to improve the product on an ongoing basis to ensure product growth and development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.

• Designing product roadmap.

• Defining and executing product strategies incl. product launching, marketing, partnerships and promotions.

• Strive for the highest product quality and ensure customers’ satisfaction is consistently maintained.

• Cooperating with relevant internal parties for the success of the product.

• Perform market research, analyse competition, data analysis and evaluate user feedback to identify market opportunities and understand user requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field.

• Experience leading and managing/developing a matrixed product team

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management: product
