Job Description
Job Requirement
Basic Qualification:
- Male / Female 35-45 years old Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant field At least 10 years working experience in marketing and 3 years of direct experience in healthcare and wellness.
Professional Qualifications
- Hands on experience with CRM and SEO
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
- Regularly produce and present reports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Addition marketing certifications are a plus
Job Responsibilities
-Direct report to MD & CEO
-subordinate including 2 departments 1) PA team 15 people 2) Marketing team 5 people
Marketing Division management
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
- Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Patient Care Division
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Developing roadmap and sales implementation (KPI)
- Develop market intelligence, segmentation, lead generation, sales force effectiveness, revenue retention, communication, product, prospecting, services, and budget.
- Create and measure focal metrics around the business such as conversion rates, user acquisition, satisfaction and renewal rates and engagement rates.
