Payroll Executive

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as a Payroll Executive.

Job Descriptions:

• Reporting directly to Payroll Leader, you will be responsible to Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for temporary employees and contract employees
• To Ensure payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Processing of tax payment for resigned staff and NS claims
• Handling queries on payroll matters
• Handling of invoicing after settling payroll
• Collaborate with the Regional Team in a continuous and ongoing process for enhancements through suggestions or feedback
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Payroll Leader

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Business or Accounting or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar or related fields
• Fluent in English
• Able to handle high volume of work and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
