  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CMO is the leader of the Marketing department and is in charge of the company's marketing activities. The Chief Marketing Officer is in charge of creating and maintaining the company's branding and related promotional activities. CMO oversees how the company’s image is portrayed to the public. Additional responsibilities of CMO include managing communications, sales, customer relations, and market research.


  • Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

The CCO is the company's top legal officer, who is in charge of all internal and external compliance-related initiatives. A CCO ensures that the company complies with all governmental and non-governmental laws, rules, and relevant regulations, depending on the industry. They are also in charge of developing and implementing policies and standards to ensure compliance, as well as dealing with internal compliance concerns that arise among employees.
