Responsibilities

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in matters of education administration
• Knowledge and understanding of the management of international school context will be an added advantage
• High result achievers experienced in organizational development with good track record of creating sustainable business model within the educational sector
• Possess excellent business acumen, financially savvy and leadership abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to change, growth and development
• Possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills


Requirement

Leadership & Management
• To provide strategic leadership in accordance with the School’s vision and strategic direction as well as to uphold the school’s ethos, values and principles
• To maintain and uphold strong governance structures, drive performance improvement and contribute to the successful implementation of planned growth
• To work closely with the leadership team to lead and manage all aspects of the school’s operations including but not limited to finance, human resource, procurement, facilities and contracted services
• To engender an excellent learning environment meeting the needs of the students, parents and employees


Management of the School
• To ensure the School leadership team establish and execute learning curriculum that meets the holistic personal development of students and emphasizes achievement
• To ensure optimal use of available resources (facilities, teaching aids and teachers) in delivering educational excellence
• To formulate and execute an effective plan which propagates good character building, learning and achievement through the breath of curriculum and extra-curricular activities
• To review and ensure the curriculum and extra-curriculum activities are implemented and carried out effectively
• To forge partnership with parents and the School’s community in ensuring the School meets the needs of its’ students, staff and the expectations of parents
• To establish and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that the operation adheres to the School’s standards as well as compliant with the legal and statutory requirements
• To ensure effective recruitment, facilitate the related training and development, to maximize performance management and employee satisfaction
• To provide effective leadership ensuring the School adopt the best practices and keeping up-to-date with new education pedagogy, emerging technologies and developments in the education industry, locally and internationally
• To lead and manage the operational team to meet and achieve the targeted KPIs
• To assist in the marketing and establish and execute effective communications strategies in order to build the school’s brand name, both locally and abroad.
• To ensure that all operational activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner
• To ensure highest safety measures, health and well-being of students and staff are at all times well managed and controlled in the School.
