  • Manage end to end HR Requirements
  • Review and develope recruitments process structure
  • Assist Team management to develop HR concept and structure
  • Proactively develope in house assesment procedure & management strategies 
  • Managing external & Internal Regulatory report 

Requirement

  • Has experiences 2 years in services or Financial Business
  • Sounds know in experience in application HR concepts, Process, and Instruments
  • Solid Practical experience
  • excellent in People Management, organization employee development
