As the liaison and the reference point between system analyst and business users in defining requirements for system development.
? To conduct business scoping with business users & develop comprehensive business requirements for sign off
? To review the Business Scenario (test plan) / test scripting by users in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements
? To review business requirements and test plan / test scripts in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements.
? Analyze business issues, recommends best practices & technical expertise as well as solves complex problems by applying innovative solutions.
? To carry out activities and to complete the required tasks within the project plan
? To ensure personal development for self-improvement and build positive working relationships within the team
? To perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
? To conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and document all test results for user review and sign off
Degree from a recognized University preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Insurance Studies
? Professional qualification in Life Insurance i.e., Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII), Life Office Management Association (LOMA), Australian Institute of Insurance (AII), International Claim Association (ICA) or other related to Life Insurance Industry will be an added advantage
? A minimum of 3 years experiences working with Life Asia application. Having exposure of running project would be advantageous.
? Able to articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
? Must have strong analytical thinking & communication skills.
? Detail-oriented, have a passion to learn and committed to complete the task assigned.
? Ability to work with people of all levels.
? Ability to work in fast paced and challenging environment
? Adaptable, must be a team player and able to work independently.
