Receive cash bags from vending servicemen.
ii) Count the monies inside the cash bags using the cash counting equipment and record the cash readings.
iii) Count and pack the coins and notes per the bank’s requirements to facilitate the bank- in.
iv) Compile the cash report for Operations Manager and Finance Executive.
v) Receive customers’ payments and ensure records are accurately updated in the system.
vi) Liaise with vendor on servicing of cash counting equipment.
vii) Mann the customer feedback phoneline. Manage customer complaints, if any.
viii) Relief to handle office administrative matters (eg daily mail, office purchase, office equipment maintenance or issuance of Purchase Orders).
ix) Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.


At least a SPM holder
ii) 2 to 3 years of cashiering experience, preferably in FMCG/Service industry.
iii) Meticulous, team player, able to work independently.
iv) Good knowledge in MS Word & Excel
v) Possess good communications skills (verbal & written) in English and Malay.
