Perform the full spectrum of HC functions ranging from recruiting, on-boarding to off-boarding including induction/orientation for new joiners.
ii) Manage employee data in HCIS. This includes data entry and updating of employee records and HC transactions eg leave, claims etc.
iii) Process medical, hospitalization and dental claims made by all employees.
iv) Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators like payroll and insurance and ensure all required information/documentation are provided for necessary processing.
v) Handle disciplinary and grievance matters for employees.
vi) Assist with monthly reports, insurance renewal and Annual Performance Appraisal exercise.
vii) Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
ii) 2 to 3 years HR generalist experience, preferably in the FMCG/Service industry.
iii) Good knowledge in MS Word & Excel.
iv) Meticulous and able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
