Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding

• In charge of recruiting and on-boarding of qualified employees (Executive and Supervisory/Confidential staff) for the company.
• Organise the Induction programme for new hires belonging to Executives.
• Liaise with Corporate HC L&OD Manager to organise the quarterly new hires’ orientation programme for Executives.
• Process/Change Champion of SAP SuccessFactor Recruitment and Onboarding Module.
• Provide recruiting and HC statistics data to Corporate HC and government bodies.

2. Rewards and Benefits
• Helm the Annual Appraisal exercise for Executive and Supervisory/Confidential staff. This includes Annual Increment and Variable Bonus calibration, forced ranking and conversations with HODs.
• Administer the staff benefits module, for example, verification of annual medical & hospitalisation insurance invoices, medical examinations, dental claims, transport reimbursement for Executives.
• Administer the Long Service Awards for all eligible employees. This includes communication for the award ceremony.

3. Off-Boarding
• Process resignation and termination of Executives.
• Conduct exit clearance processes.
• Report on staff attrition rate on request basis 

4. HCIS
• Super User for SAP SF and Prosoft HCIS.
• Conduct TTT whenever needed.
• Administer and manage the e-form for HC Document review.


Requirement

  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years of HR/HC working experience at leadership role in FMCG environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office, Prosoft and preferably SAP SuccessFactor
  • People developer and positive mindset
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
