Responsibilities

  • Conduct, drive and manage end to end process of talent development centre i.e. process of identifying the right talents, monitor individual development plan, assist in identifying the right talent’s programme and etc
  • Conduct, drive and manage end to end process of management trainee programme i.e. building connection with Universities, in charge of campus/career fair, process of signing of MOU, assessment centre and manage selected management trainees
  • Manage strategic people KPI for talent management
  • Handle all engagement activities with talents i.e. coffee session, quarterly leader’s talk, talent review with talents and line manager
  • Conduct, drive and manage end of end process of Leadership Development Programme (LDP) i.e. identifying right modules/programmes, discussion with vendors, selection of participants, keeping track of all invoice and payment records and etc
  • Assist in any assigned projects and administration tasks

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin or any related field
2. Preferable with 2 to 3 year of experience in Talent Management
3. Experience in manage talent pool, management trainee programme and succession planning will be an added advantage
4. A team player, strong analytical skills, proactive, resourceful, meticulous, independent and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
