Responsibilities

  • Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a service centre environment
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Mature and customer oriented
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with positive service mind-set
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Requirement

 

  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Handle incoming calls and outgoing emails and ensure that service levels are met
  • Handle all repair invoices for repair jobs
  • Provide coordination and support services for Customer Service Division
  • Liaise closely with technicians and sales division for all repair requests
