Local deployment of company HR processes such as performance management, training & development, compensation review, annual report and budget cycle.
Effective and timely HR support to managers and employees by ensuring business needs are met in line with Company HR policies whilst also ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Recruitment including preparing job ads, screening applications and interviews including internal mobility within Brand and Group.
Payroll management and working closely with Finance Team to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on a timely basis every month
Administration of new hires including induction and termination processes.
Generating reports & providing analysis on employee statistics
Handling other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Act as key User for HR system application.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
Minimum 8 years of Generalist experience
