Responsibilities

  • Minimum Nitec/ A Level/Diploma

Requirement

  • Prepare details to department secretary to prepare travel warrant and insurance when technicians are required to work overseas
  • Prepare commercial invoice for overseas packing of tools/parts when technicians need to bring through the custom or for overseas parts freight
  • Create Outside Working Material Purchase Order when a third party vendor is used to purchase Goods and Services
  • Perform Goods Received function whenever a PO is fulfilled
  • Raise ticket to SIMSi system to keep track of closed jobs
  • Prepare job summary once job is done and due for invoicing
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
