Responsibilities

  • To supervise a team of Customer Service staff to ensure smooth operations on sales floor
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints, manage bonus points system, process GST refunds and other customer service-related activities
  • Attend to VIP on their enquries.

Requirement

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends
  • Customer service oriented.
