- To supervise a team of Customer Service staff to ensure smooth operations on sales floor
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints, manage bonus points system, process GST refunds and other customer service-related activities
- Attend to VIP on their enquries.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends
- Customer service oriented.
