Responsibilities

  • Provide Strategic leadership in developing and implementing sales strategy for Indonesia that is in line with company’s overall strategy and objectives
  • Cultivate teamwork and lead the team to meet or exceed the target and objectives set by company
  • Developing and implementing effective sales plan, strategy, policies and procedures to set future direction of sales function
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship with both internal and external

Requirement

  • Success in managing performance of sales team in achieving annual strategic, GP target and budget goals set in an effective manner
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the same industry, very familiar with Indonesia market, familiar with our products range will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • High initiation, Self driven and able to work under minimum guidance
