Provide Strategic leadership in developing and implementing sales strategy for Indonesia that is in line with company’s overall strategy and objectives

Requirement
Success in managing performance of sales team in achieving annual strategic, GP target and budget goals set in an effective manner
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the same industry, very familiar with Indonesia market, familiar with our products range will be an advantage
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
High initiation, Self driven and able to work under minimum guidance
