Responsibilities

  • Creating a Marketing Work Program for business development and increasing revenue 
  • Responsible for the flow of communication from management to stakeholders both employees and interested parties outside the company related to the Marketing Program 
  • Manage and develop the company's internal and external communication media, to foster corporate image and communication
  • Responsible for achieving forecast revenue / sales turnover growth for each outlet
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of marketing work programs directly
  • Analyze and review market (market share), corporate, government and franchise segmentation
  •  Realize programmed sales targets (Monthly / Quarterly / Semester / Yearly).  Return on Investment (ROI) of Marketing Programs

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management
  • 2-3 years experience in managing Business Food and Beverage
  • Good negotiation skills and analytical on business Data
  • Having Customer service excellence, Mamba Mentality Attitude
