Provides the full coordination throughout end-to-end recruitment process, such as requisition management, screens and sources for qualified candidates, job postings, Pre interview, scheduling and candidate communication.
Organize the orientation and introduction program for new employees.
Maintain documentation and administer offer and hand over information to HR Operations team.
Organize company activities such as committee, recreation event or as assigned.
Have 3 – 5 years’ experience in recruitment field.
Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age not over 28 years old.
Bachelor Degree or in Human Resource or related Field.
Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Well time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 600 up)
Japanese skill would be an advantage (N4).
