Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  1. Lead and manage a group of account team member in achieving Account Management Division KPI.
  1. Direct Sub Ordinate: Account Manager.
  1. Business Liaison Leader for InboundID Clients
  2. Manage Account team member in monitoring campaign KPI achievement
  3. Manage Account Team member in delivering client expectation
  4. Collaborate with Business Development Division in optimizing revenue per client
  5. Design and monitoring a good SEO campaign process.
  6. Train and develop Account Management Division members with HR Division support.
  7. Supporting Finance team in managing Account Receivable.
  8. Day-to-day client relationship management.

Requirement

 

  1. At least 5 years proven experience explicitly in Account Management. Ideally in Social Media Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and/or Digital Marketing in Indonesia.
  2. Proven record of managing substantial client relationships.
  3. Highly connected among top level executives in large-scale local companies and foreign multinationals.
  4. Adept in creating strategies, proposals and related presentations.
  5. Should be capable of handling clients and maintaining relationships.
  6. Must ensure smooth delivery of projects by efficiently coordinating with other functions of the agency (creative, social media, technology), and external vendors.
  7. English (read and write) & Bahasa speaking
  8. Winning type.
  9. Consultative Strategic thinker.
  10. Proactive and independent.
  11. Dilligent & strategic.
